So Tuesdays are very, very busy for me. Mainly because I ride around with a chocolate milkshake every Tuesday evening to listen to the greatest radio show on Earth, The Hearty White Miracle Nutrition Hour.

I’ve tried to get my local friends into the show, but it hasn’t seemed to catch on. I come back every Wednesday morning with hilarious reinactments of the show, but I have yet to find someone who knows what I’m talking about.

Well, after some research, I am thrilled to announce that the radio show is DOWNLOADABLE. I don’t even know if that is A WORD. Anyway.
